Who is SKYGRiD?
SKYGRiD is one of the fastest growing construction companies in the GTA. When we met them in 2019, we were quick to notice that they create impressive buildings and have a reputation for excellence, quality and incredible project management. As an industry leader, we felt that they deserved a website as modern and sleek as their buildings.
Branding
We were hired to transform their current brand and develop an employer brand. This included anonymous employee surveys, logo development, brand positioning, brand statements, a company vision and mission statement, and new marketing materials such as signs, truck decals, brochures, business cards and a website.
Website
Since hiring talent was their top priority, the new website had to portray a strong employer brand with a properly designed careers page. The results from the anonymous employee surveys played a critical role in developing the content and overall brand.
