Through comprehensive surveys and insights from both officers and the community, we identified a key opportunity to attract and retain candidates with the right persona and values aligned with EPS.

Our solution included a strategic employer brand refresh, a targeted custom marketing plan, and the design and launch of a dynamic career webpage tailored to engage the right candidates.

The result? A revitalized employer brand that resonates with top talent and strengthens the EPS workforce for the long term.
