Grand Council
Treaty #3

To develop a website that adequately represented Treaty #3’s 28 communities – while operating as a tool for Anishinaabe Nation advocacy and self-determination – required research, research, and more research. We visited the administrative offices and communities within GCT3, interviewed Tribal Council members and municipalities, conducted historical research, and kept on top of current events and the political climate as it pertains to First Nations.

We were also lucky enough to walk a day in the life of GCT3 Chiefs and staff to gain a better an understanding of how they protect, preserve and enhance the rights of their citizens. In addition to content development, we also spearheaded videography and photography for the website.
